Blac Chyna’s Attorney Explores All Legal Remedies After Her Ex Rob Kardashain Shared Explicit Pictures

The Blac Chyna’s attorney is exploring the best legal actions that can be sort against Rob Kardashian who allegedly posted many explicit pictures of his ex-fiancée on Instagram. On July 5, Kardashain took to the social media platform to blast his ex by posting a series of awfully expletive-ridden posts and photos which have since been pulled down.

Chyna has responded to the explicit social media tirade posted by her ex-boyfriend claiming that Kardashian, 30, physically abused her. Chyna, 29, wrote on the Snapshot that Kardashian is putting up a cover up through posting nasty photos to pretend that he didn’t beat her up. She alleged that Kardashian is fond of beating her and kids but she’s not allowed to speak up on the matter. Both Kardashian and Chyna are yet to comment on the allegation as requested by the People.

Chyna’s accusations comes after Kardashian claimed that Chyna is cheating on him despite spending over $1 million per month to support her and her daughter, Dream, including servicing her luxury cars, buying expensive jewelry and her luxurious lifestyle.

In one of the posts, Kardashian shares a screenshot of the ongoing chats between Chyna and another man whom he allegedly believes are having an affair. Another post reveals the text conversation between the dude and Chyna, and a picture of Chyna’s portrayed genital organ.

Kardashian has also accused Chyna of using hard drugs and went ahead to post several nude photos but they were later taken down. According to sources close to Chyna, the Ex-boyfriend has also sent people to her house to pick up the items that are not existing and prying on her privacy. Chyna’s people feel there should be boundaries as things are going too far and may complicate the situation.

The couple began their relationship in early 2016 when the two went public about their romance. The relationship raised more questions since Chyna has a son with Kardashian’s sister, Kylie Jenner’s ex-boyfriend, Tyga. She also has links to Amber Rose, and Kanye West who is now the husband of Kim Kardashian.

Fox Fires Its Head Of Sports Programming After Involvement In Sexual Harassment Allegations

Sexual harassment Controversies at Rupert Murdoch’s media company are not about to stop. Just a year ago, its Fox News unit in New York was entangled in a sexual harassment scandal. This put the top provider through a tough time for about a year trying to deal with the matter. It hasn’t even taken take a little rest from that, it is again going through another case involving sexual harassment in a different unit.

Fox Sports believes it made the right move firing one of its controversial officials heading the sports programming segment. Jamie Horowitz’s services will no longer be needed by the company since his act went against the set up regulations.

The company’s management team according to Latimes has been doing its level best to counter such unprofessional acts. According to people familiar with the matter, Fox saw the great need to carry out investigations of the allegations involving sexual harassment at the work station.

A number of women at the L.A.-based Fox Sports were interviewed in a bid to investigate Horowitz’s behavior at the workplace. Among those investigated were major personalities working with the media services provider as well as show producers. Those that provided information asked for their identities to be kept anonymous. That was understandable considering the sensitive nature of the controversy.

Eric Shanks, who is the Fox Sports President, recently wrote an email to the various staff members informing them about the departure of Horowitz. Megan Lowder Leaves Big Brother

Fans of Big brother were surprised by the absence of show member Megan Lowder who left the show amid accusations of an attack from a member of the show. The former navy member explained how she ended up in the hospital after being attacked in the house. The contestant who has a history of PTSD explained her ordeal in the house ensured that she couldn’t continue any longer.

Lowder explained that she entered the show with expectations to enjoy her entire summer on the show but these expectations were turned into disgust from her gruesome experience. She explained that while she was stationed in Norfolk she was sexually assaulted and suffered from PTSD. Thus, when different guys in the house started yelling at her past demons were awaking which left her in panic mode. She further explained that this panic led to a physical reaction which led to vomiting and restlessness.

Megan was verbally attacked by Josh Martinez for no apparent reason but he later apologizes. Also, Cody Nickson nominated her to go up on the block and stated that he did so just because he doesn’t like her. All of this would have been fair game if Megan was up to the task. But for a person coming from a background of PTSD it proved too much for the contestant to handle. She later claimed in the interview that she had no idea why she was attacked so viciously by her co-contestants.

Megan, responding to rumors that she was attacked because she made racist comments in the house said she only reported what she heard. She claimed the heard a contestant refer to another contestant as panda and she posted that online to but the perpetrator on blast.

She admitted that hearing this statement accelerated her exit from the show. She said, “I could have heard wrong, it’s entirely possible, but I was already talking to them about wanting to leave before…I couldn’t handle it anymore”

The show that has been characterized with similar incident in the past would continue without the former navy contestant. Fans of the show would however hope that this was only a bump in the road and not a recurring event.

A Recap Of “The Doctor Falls” –A Simple Outlook

At its early stages, “The Doctor Falls” depicts the doctor giving a lengthy theory. Any viewer at that point expects the master to speak up either in support of the theory or to dismiss it. Contrary to the expectations of the audience, he doesn’t dismiss or approve the theory.

Previews might have misguided anyone in regards to the unfolding of the real episodes. One would have hoped for a raucous affair involving numerous battles and explosions. “The Doctor Falls” goes contrary to expectations by placing intimacy and character front and center, quite rarely giving room for battles to dominate.

According to Imdb, Moffat, the man behind the production, recently spoke to news reporters saying, “We don’t have the money for that anyway and thank goodness for that because nobody tunes in to Doctor Who for the fight scenes. Billy Mcfarland Released On A Bond Of $300,000 After Defrauding Investors

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York has today announced they succeeded to arrest Billy McFarland. He is being charged with wire fraud after he collaborated with Ja Rule to defraud a large number of people that had bought expensive tickets to attend the disastrous Fyre Festival.

The arrest of Billy McFarland was exacted on Friday in New York City. The matter has led to heated debates around the globe with a lot of people expressing mistrust with event organizers.

The organizer was accused of making “false representations to investors” that had over the years remained loyal to the services provided by Fyre Media LLC. He was also charged in line with defrauding the investors by promising them to attend a mind-blowing festival which they expected to be held in the Bahamas.

Joon Kim , an Acting Manhattan U.S. Attorney while giving his statement yesterday outlined that the organizer had presented several fake documents in a bid to induce the various investors to put their money in the deal. They had moved ahead to invest over a million dollars into his company.

While recently speaking to a number of top and trusted news reporters, Kim stated, “William McFarland promised a ‘life changing’ music festival but in actuality delivered a disaster. Thanks to the investigative efforts of the FBI, McFarland will now have to answer for his crimes.”

McFarland, who is only twenty five of age on Saturday appeared before a judge to answer to the charges leveled against him. Financially, he must have been taken a few miles back considering that the judge ruled that he be released on a bond totaling to $300,000.

The event organizer according to Denverpost is said to have promoted Fyre Festival as the best thing that could have happened to anyone that chose to invest in it. Kendall and Kylie Jenner could be in serious legal trouble in the nearest future as they battle the media outcry generated from their recent controversy. The Kardashian sisters like the entire family are famous for always being in the news. However this time Kylie is not getting lip fillers neither is Kendall walking on the runway. The sisters who own a fashion line of t-shirts are in trouble for printing the picture of Hip-hop legends The Notorious B.I.G, Tupac Shakur and Ozzy Osborne over pictures of themselves.

The vintage shirt which would have cost $125 was posted on the sister’s online store on Wednesday as a new design for their t-shirt brand. However, the picture quickly generated public disgust for the audacity of the girls to put themselves in the same context as these stars. As the public distaste for the picture was obvious the sisters quickly took down the shirts form their online store but the damage was already done.

Kendall, who is a super model and the older of the two quickly, put out a well-crafted apology directed especially to the families of the legends involved. The 21 year old in a message posted on social network site twitter expressed deep regret for posting the shirts. She acknowledged that the designs were not well thought out. She also explained that the legends were Idols to the girls which were why their pictures were used. She rounded up by apologising the families of the legends whose pictures they have used.

Mother of Notorious B.I.G, Voletta Wallace while responding the shirts described the girls as being disrespectful and was baffled as to why they didn’t contact the stars estate before posting the pictures. She also expressed dissatisfaction as to the attempted exploitation of her Sons death to sell t-shirts.

Sharon Osborne, who is the wife of the late Ozzy Osborne reacting to the news on twitter, said “Girls, you haven’t earned the right to put your face with musical icons, Stick to what you know…lip gloss.

Kylie and Jenner who are the youngest of the Kardashian clan might be in serious legal trouble if the estate of the legends decides to press charges. Time would tell if that would be the case.

American Pop singer while promoting her new album “witness” granted a live stream YouTube interview to James Cordon where she discussed personal issues bothering on her acceptance of therapy. The star, which is organising a “Witness World Wide” tour to gain momentum for the release of her album also entered a truth or dare game where she revealed details about her sex life. The star made comment about three of her exes Diplo, Orlando Bloom and then John Mayer.

On therapy, the “Chained to the Rhythm” singer explained that she has been doing that for the past 5 years and finds the process fulfilling. Perry who has been in several failed relationships and a failed marriage with British comedian Russell Brand which ended in 2012 two years they tied the knot has had a lot of course to seek therapy.

In the interview with Cordon, the star was asked about her sexual life with her former partners and she named three of her favourite ex sexual partners from worst to best. The star mentioned Diplo first, Orlando Bloom and John Mayer leaving Mayer is her favourite sexual partners. The star said “They’re all amazing lovers and I would have sex with all of them when I get out of this place!” Meyer, who Katy dated on and off between 2014 and 2015, seems to be the star’s favourite partner till date, and favourite sex toy,.

John Meyer, speaking to Rolling Stone about the comments from Perry was indifferent about the claim by the star. Meyer explained that he doesn’t have time to reminisce about the claim made by her e ex and is no way affected by it. The star however explained the importance of her relationship with Katy Perry explaining that the star is one of the few people he has dated in the last few 5 years.

Catholic Cardinal Charged With Sexual Assault in Australia

For the first time authorities are beginning to take sexual misconduct charges filed against Roman Catholic officials serious as the police in Melbourne Australia have charged Cardinal George Pell with historical sexual abuse. The Cardinal has various sexual misconduct charges hanging over his head from his time as the head of the Catholic archdiocese of Sydney. The cardinal who is one of the top advisers has denied the allegation completely and has said he would defend the case in court.

Officials of the Roman Catholic Church have been for a long time been a subject of sexual misconduct for a long time but law enforcement agencies have been sceptical about bring charges against members of the church. This moves marks a change in that mentality as the Melbourne police department charged the cardinal with the serious charges.

Deputy Commission of Police of the Australian state of Victoria, Shane Patton in announcing the charges said the cardinal has to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates Court on July 18. The police chief also said that the cardinal is facing charges arising from multiple complaints filed in the past by different people.

In response to the charges, an official statement read that the cardinal who is in Rome would return to Australia where he would defend the charges against him. The statement also read that the cardinal denies the charges against him and would have his day in court.

A recently released book titled Cardinal: “The Rise and Fall of George Pell” details sexual assault charges levied against the Cardinal by two choirboys during his time as archbishop of Melbourne from 1996-200. The author of the book Louise Milligan, who is a reporter for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, explained that one of the choirboys came forward after the death of the other choir boy.

The news of the charges seems to be good news for people who have showed discontent for the amount of protection enjoyed by Vatican officials. Dominican Fr. Thomas Doyle, who is an expert on the church’s response to clergy sexual abuse, has called on the Vatican to suspend the cardinal pending the decision of the court. The charges might have a ripple effect in other countries where Vatican officials have been let off the hook in the past.

Transformers 5 Making Grand Slides in Chinese Box Office But is that enough

The story of Transformers 5 has been that of mixed feeling as the movie had a less than favorable debut in the American box office. However, there can be no mixed feeling about the movie’s exploit in the Chinese box office as the Michael Bay Action Franchise opens at $123million in its first week. The movie which is the fifth installment of the franchise is becoming a huge success in china which has played host to success in American movies in recent times.

Some critics have however raised concerns over the figure saying it’s not as big as the hype suggest drawing comparison with Universal’s Fast 8. The Fate of the Furious opened at $190 million and is well on track to make a remarkable $393 million overall in china. However $123million is by no means child’s play.

However, in comparison to how the film performed in America this Chinese result seems to be a grand slide. The film opened at a disappointing $69.1 million in North America which is a long way from success by any standard considering the cost of producing the blockbuster. The movie china debut also did considerably better than last time around as transformers 4 at the same stage opened at $92 million in the Chinese Box Office in 2014.

Paramount pictures have said that the movie cost $217 million to make pre marketing expenses. This means that its $265.3 million global earnings in its first weekend are a far cry from huge returns.

On the bright side, the Michael Bay’s CGI movie franchise is said to enjoy a cult following in china as there have been reports of fathers constructing their own life-size Decepticons from spare car parts for their die hard transformer supporter kids. The movie accounted for 70% of the total Showtime in China alluding to its cult following in the Asian nation.

The story of Transformers 5 release has left producers with mixed feeling. Though the sales in China seems to encouraging the same cannot be said back home where the movie is supposed to be leading the pack. Results from home is however nothing to write home about. Time would tell whether or not the movie would pick up pace at home but it is certainly doing well abroad.

‘Transformers: The Last Knight’-The Latest Review

Michael Bay is facing great criticism in regards to his abilities and in fact a number of people have been terming him the worst director Hollywood has at the moment. The director together with his teammates at Paramount have once again hit rock bottom and this is for the fourth consecutive time.

According to Theblaze.com, the franchise the director has commanded for the past ten years has been described as a raging dumpster fire of unimaginably detestable cinema. He stands to give no excuse considering that he has had all the opportunities to make it good in his roles but it seems there is no hope for him.

Well, a major city is in trouble and the different world governments and their respective armies are depicted as being in a major scramble in a bid to deal squarely with the aftermath of an all-out assault on the planet.

They take to the implementation of a number of regulations as well as some varying degrees of defensive action in a move to face out the alien Transformer race that is at that particular time hiding in plain sight around the world.

The species have a choice to make. To either to go back to Cybertron to save themselves or else an army with specialized military forces will be unleashed to hunt them down and kill them one by one. At the moment when its seems as if Optimus Prime and his loyal legion of Autobots have lost hope in humanity, a deadly new adversary emerges which compels all the Transformers out of hiding and it is time to cancel the impending apocalypse.

For all those persons that are on to Michael Bay’s schtick, it is high time to understand what you are in for. In case you happened to see first three, then there is nothing in there for you in the current one. For the minorities that appreciate these films, there is a great probability to fall in love with “The Last Knight.”

After watching this particular film, the viewer is left with more questions than answers. The reality of the matter is that it fails to tie up loose ends from the previous movies.
