    Bill Cosby Jury Still Deadlocked After Four Days of Deliberation

    After the jury in Bill Cosby’s sexual assault case admitted that it was deadlocked on all the three charges, it withdrew into their hotel for four days of deliberation. This came barely hours after the judge had directed the jurors to try and reach an outside-court solution. The jury will return on Friday for a fifth day deliberation.

    During the fourth deliberation, admitted that they are unable to get a solution on any of the charges. Cosby watched calmly as the jury which is white dominated with five women and seven men filled the courtroom. As of Thursday, the jury had been deliberating over the case for around 40 hours.

    A mistral request by the defense was turned down by the judge terming it inappropriately timed. In a response to the jury’s grim missive, the judge reminded the members that it is their responsibility to try and reach an agreement in some of the charges.

    The jury was selected last month and isolated during the trial period. The jury is deliberating on three accounts of assault charges against the entertainer. Cosby is looking at 10 year in jail for each charge if found guilty. Although the hung jury can initiate the possibility of a retrial, such an outcome would be a blessing to Cosby.

    As has always been the case during the trial, Cosby left the courtroom with his publicist, Andrew Wyatt and retreated into one of the courthouse rooms where he has been waiting during the entire deliberation process. While addressing the media, Wyatt said Cosby was feeling weary and exhausted but expressed optimism in the outcome.

    Cosby is facing accusations of assaulting Andrea Constand who was by then the operations manager for women’s basketball team at Temple University. Cosby was a member of the board of trustee and a major booster. He has denied all the charges and maintained that his relationship with the victim was romantic and consensual. The incident is said to have happened after Constand went to Cosby’s home located outside Philadelphia in 2004. There are many similarities in the events of that night as accounted by both parties. However Cosby maintains that it was consensual, an allegation that Constand has denied.

Corrine is also seeking for justice by obtaining an attorney and therapy to overcome the aftermath of the event and move on with her life.

    According to the sources close to Jackson, the BiP star is confident that the investigations will restore his reputation and the truth will tell a different story to counter the slanderous allegations. At the moment, both Jackson and Olympios have sought the legal counsel that would represent them separately as the debate continues.

    Sources confirm that Olympios has engaged Martin Singer, the veteran Hollywood attorney, while Jackson will be represented by Walter Mosley. Chris Harrison, the host has urged the fans to give respect to the parties involved and give the team a chance to complete the investigations.

    It’s obvious that the filming might not resume any time soon, but this will depend solely on how long the investigations will take. Harrison has urged the fans to be patient and not to be swayed by the numerous misinformations spreading around.

A lot of people are looking forward to see whether or not Hollywood will intervene more strongly and fight against the violation of women in the industry.

The female actors and the general public have been hoping that Hollywood hears the cry of these women and moves in to help. Unfortunately, the moves by Hollywood seem to be weak considering the violations continue to be witnessed.

    According to Foxnews.com, Brie was at the ATX Television Festival in Austin, Texas for the screening of her upcoming show. She was accompanied by co-star Betty Gilpin. Entertainment Weekly reached out to them with numerous questions. One of them was about getting their perspective in regards to the general way in which things had changed for the female Hollywood actors over the years.

    Brie revealed that the audition process had witnessed quite minimal change. She added that the audition process for GLOW had undergone some remarkable changes considering her extreme past experiences. The actress was unhappy with what happened when she was auditioning for HBO’s Entourage. She said that it was unnecessary for her to be told to remove her top.

    While speaking to the top news reporters, she said, “Early in my career, I auditioned for three lines on an episode of Entourage that I had to go on in a bikini! Or like shorts and the tiniest shorts. And they were like, ‘Okay, can you take your top off now?’”

    She also remembered a day when she was auditioned in a room full of men. After completing the scene, she was asked to take her hair down, something she thinks of as inappropriate.

    Jerry Seinfeld refused to hug Kesha recently on May 5 when they had a red carpet interview at David Lynch Foundation National Night of Laughter and Song claiming he doesn’t hug strangers. Some people felt the move was mean and unexpected. The veteran comedian told the Extra’s AJ Calloway that at 63, he doesn’t know all the famous pop stars and hence he could not hug Kesha who looked a total stranger to him.

    Seinfeld admitted that it’s his nature not to hug strangers he meets until he gets familiar with them. The incident made headlines last week making the comedian the subject of a viral clip that was circulated on the social media platforms. According to the video clip, Steinfeld denied Kesha a hug three times while they were on the red carpet interview.

    During the awkward moment, Kesha energetically outstretched her arms to hug the former Seinfeld comedian in the middle of the red carpet interview only to get the cold shoulder for three times. At some point, Kesha approached Jerry by asking him if she can hug him, but he replied with a “No thanks”, with his one hand up as if to shield himself from the pop star.

    Jerry Steinfeld has so far explained about the embarrassing moment stating that he doesn’t have anything against Kesha. He would definitely have liked her but needed to know her first before he could stretch his hands in return for a friendly hug. However, He didn’t know that he would have a ‘borderline harassment’ case to answer afterward.

    Steinfeld also explained to the public that he talked to Kesha off camera about the incidence and they laughed it off though he did not hug her even after that. From the subsequent event, it’s easier for someone to conclude that Jerry Steinfeld has a bizarre personality and that he just does not like hugging strangers. The comedian who has been in the limelight for so many years could also be aging faster and he may not like hugging people.

Regrettably, the results were worrying and shocking to Kim who got disappointed and helpless.

    Kim Kardashian, 37, has in the past experienced two risky pregnancies when giving birth to her daughter North and son Saint who are aged 3 years and 18 months respectively. Her doctor has tried to help her keep the pregnancy healthy but it seems not possible.

    According to the doctor, Khloé who is 32, could also be having fertility problems. The ultrasound reveals some follicles in her uterus have not matured enough to hold the eggs, signifying how juvenile her ovaries are. The news came at the time when her sister is optimistic that she would have a third child through her sister.

    Earlier in May this year, Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian had both offered to be surrogate for their sister’s third child but they changed their plans to allow Khloé do the job. They made their decisions when they re-visited their grandparents and had amazing memories of their childhood.

    During the last family episode, their mom Kris had great news for his daughters. She assured Kim that she can still have more kids even though the doctor has told them that she does not have viable eggs that can sustain a pregnancy.

    The miserable news about Khloé’s fertility could point out that it’s not only Kim who have fertility problems in their family. However, there is hope for her to carry a third child since she has other sisters who are willing to offer the surrogate services. It is very obvious that Khloé might not get a chance to make her sister happy again by carrying her baby.
