Some serious claims have been forwarded by the representatives of Kim Kardashian West. They have outlined that her brother’s ex-fiancée has gone against the stipulated legal terms in line with the Kardashian-Jenner family.
Renowned LA lawyer, Lisa Bloom, termed the incident an act of revenge porn. Kardashian, according to some trusted sources, had earlier resorted to his social media rampage against the model–turned–entrepreneur. He had taken advantage of Twitter and Instagram to make postings revealing expletive-ridden content about Chyna.
Chyna attended an interview recently where she complained about Kardashian West’s younger brother. It is raising great debate on whether or not the celebrity is violating an NDA. In her reaction, the selfie queen forwarded a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) which caused a lot of people to start making guesses about Chyna.
A document obtained by the media house outlined, “[Chyna] shall not at any time disclose, publicly or privately, any information which is in any way, fashion or manner related to, associated with or connected to the Kardashian family/Jenner family/Disick family/West family and/or their personal relationships, their business activities, plans, operations, finances or employees.”
The Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday granted Chyna restraining orders against Kardashian, consequently protecting her from Rob’s cyberbullying, according to the People. Bloom was interviewed a by a number of reporters. She gave a statement outlining that they had witnessed a great victory.
Rob had been forbidden by the law to post any controversial pictures or anything that was an attack to the celebrity. It is important to mention that things are getting heated up with time and no one knows what is next. The threats posed by Rob are not something to be dismissed easily.
